Project Pinecone is a relaxing farming role-playing game in which players step into the
role of a forester, taking over an old tree nursery. Set in an idyllic world, players can
unwind and gradually bring nature back to life through their actions.
Unlike many games in the genre, the focus is not on optimizing economic gameplay loops.
Instead, the emphasis lies on creative expression and the ecological restoration of
the game world. Players plant trees and shrubs, create habitats, and attract animals that
require specific environmental conditions.
Discovered animals are unlocked in an in-game encyclopedia, with the goal of completing
the collection. In this way, players create a vibrant, individually designed ecosystem
offering a playful counterbalance to the stresses of everyday life.
